Life with Twins

I’m a 30-something mom of twin 2-year-olds!  After trying for so long to get pregnant and finally having my boy-girl twins, I really want to share about my experiences…..with infertility, the NICU, weight loss, life with my twins, and just my family in general.  My husband and I are working on eating healthier (NOT dieting) and exercising, so that we can be good role models for our children and I hope that I can share some of those ideas also.

Passions: ANYTHING DISNEY, my kids, my dogs, my husband.  Eating, but not cooking (that’s his department), Muppets, Fraggle Rock, Wii Fit, reading, walking/running/exercising (although I often forget I like it), teaching.

  1. Wii Fit forever! But the way, I totally agree with a the whole “diet” thing. It’s like a four letter word in this house. By the way, I wrote you an email, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you email me your email? I’m Thanks!

P.S. I’m going to cut and paste the email and leave it as a comment below. 🙂

  2. Hi!

I can’t tell you how nice it is to actually talk to a “real” person in the blog world. Your blog is great, and I REALLY hope you keep writing. Thank so, so much for visiting my blog, because sometimes I feel like I’m writing and writing and no one is ever actually reading. (Do you ever get that?) I love Wii Fit, but I actually use a real hula hoop. I must look totally ridiculous, especially when I try to multi-task and do homework, type something, or clean up. Most of my attempts are unsuccessful.

Homemade nut butter, only in the blog world, right? 🙂 It really is a realm in its own. I know I’m like a total stranger, but I would love to be your email friend, blogger buddy, or whatever the blogging in-crowd calls it. I don’t know about you, but it’s so great to actually communicate with someone (especially someone who seems to nice!), and not just assume somebody somewhere may be reading my fiascoes.

P.S. I think you are my first comment ever. Thank you very much. Thank you.

P.P.S. I laughed when I read the culinary roles in your household. I do bet you are a great cook though! 😉

    • It went though! Yes, I completely feel like I’m talking/typing to myself. But I often talk to myself anyway, so I barely notice. Or I “pretend” I’m talking to the twins – like when I’m in the grocery store and have to make a comment on every item I pass. Anyway, Yes, We should definitely be blog-friends! I put a link to your blog on my blogroll so that I will definitely remember to check it. I will definitely read your fiascos – you’re such a down-to-earth person. Talk to you soon!

Thanks! P.S. I just got my first comment last week, so I completely know how you feel!
